Expand your wine knowledge as you visit wine stations comparing similar grape types from different regions of the world and/or different grapes from the same climate; Explore the aromas of oak vs non-oaked wines. And yes, a passport IS required. You will receive your passport upon entering the venue and will have it stamped as you tour through the wine stations. In it you will read about the wines you have tasted and the regions you have explored. Each program is unique and the theme is yours to choose if you wish. Your Passport uses your Company's logo throughout. Wine stations are manned by one of our wine professionals prepared to answer all your questions. This is a great way to learn about wines and meet more people as you move around the room. Your Passport is yours to keep as a reference and memento of the evening.

Wine Dinners
Wine dinners are built on the principle that wines selected for a particular dish's flavors and spices will greatly enhance both the wine and food experience when matched correctly. Each course is paired with one or two wines to compliment the meal. A description of each wine and why it has been selected is offered between each course. It is a social evening and can serve as the culmination of your program.
